Don’t fit & clarity of sound disappointing
I was expecting the sound quality to be much better. The TV sound has to be low enough in order to not get dual sound from TV & Bonein Hearing Aid and yet the TV must be loud enough to pick up the sound by the Bonein Hearing Aid.. I use it when everyone is asleep after 9p at night so I can’t speak to the noise cancellation. Battery life on both only last one night since I fall asleep before turning them off so they are on for up to 10 hrs. I recharge them every day. I watch several British programs & I have a more difficult time understanding their accent with them on than when I don’t.Their too big for my head & are not adjustable so instead of wearing them over my ears I wear them across the top of my head so the sound piece will touch my ear at the right location so I can hear the sound coming from them.

Great idea, but not what we needed
It was not what we were looking for. I was looking for sound assistance during a in person conversation. The hearing was good, but when I talked I heard my self with a bad delay. So it was not what I was looking to solve. However, the quality was nice. If you plan to just listen it worked just fine.

Great concept but not the solution for us.
Bought this for my father who has hearing loss. It worked okay for him, then I tried the headphones and they are just not very loud. If you are needing for someone hard of hearing this is not the solution, I wish it was. The concept is what many need.

Very helpful, if not perfect, for use in my office.
Overall I'm pleased. I find it helps me hear things that I would normally barely be able to hear and without blocking my ears. But it has some drawbacks, namely that because it doesn't go in it over my ears I sometimes double hear things. It can be disorienting.I use this in the office. Still, thankfully, it works really well overall.

Great sound quality, But
Had to give 4 stars because have to charge headphones and base unit. Don't know why the dase isn't wired direct or power from the TV!

A full charge lasts between 5 and 15 min. I do not recommend

Don't waste your money
Talked my son into buying this as a father's day gift specifically for the ability to use while watching TV. The problem is that using them as directed means no one else can hear the TV! We would have to have a set for everyone and that's just not feasible. Sound is not very good on phone calls or media, either.
