what do you expect for the price? If you want a real instrument that is equal to the job then pay the extra for one but for me this was ideal.The strings didn't snap like others have said while tuning and the quality of the toy is ideal for a four year old girl and boy. I am sure come Christmas my Niece and Nephew will love this.

I bought this as a miniature acoustic guitar, but it was more a pretty version of a toy guitar. Don't expect much in terms of getting a tune from it. I know you can only expect so much for the price, but I bought this really as my niece was showing an interest in her uncles guitar, and I thought it would be sweet if she could strum away on one while they played together. Either way, she loved it (her mum not so much from the noise) and she played with it for the usual 10 minutes until something else interested her. Funniest part was when she asked her uncle to play it, which was quite a sight! Worth buying just for that!

I bought this as a gift for my 2 year old as she is obsessed with guitars! It’s just the right size for her to handle. The guitar itself looks fairly durable, and has metal strings. Would definitely recommend if you have a musically minded child.

For the price yes it's not going to be amazing but it's really quite small and I'm slightly concerned of its fragility on xmas Day when it gets used... however it does play different notes and as she's only 6 it's really a taster into whether we go ahead with the real thing, lessons etc... we shall see...

Great product but my daughter lost interest

2 months in this item is ruined. The strings needed constant adjustment as for some reason the tuning keys never stayed in place..... This meant that over a couple of months the strings have become strained and snapped. We now only have 2 strings in place. This would not have been an issue if the keys stayed in the desired place.

I bought this for my daughters birthday and I'm really pleased with it. It's very sturdy especially the strings and my daughter plays with it for hours (need to get her quitar lessons now). She now thinks she's Hannah Montana lol

although the price does not justify any quality this should not be sold as a children's guitar, maybe a children's toy but defo not a guitar. my daughter was disappointed when i had to tell her that it was no good for her as it cannot be tuned to any sort of scale,when attempting i broke 2 strings and not even close to the note i was tuning it too, she wants to learn to play the guitar not learn how to hold it, this toy may look pretty to most little girls but has no playable ability and although my daughter loves the colour the finish of this toy is appalling seems like it may have been children with paint brushes who made these things
