We purchased this wrist device for our elderly mother, but when we called to activate it using her Lively smartphone we were told they no longer monitor this device. However, they we’re more than willing to sell us a new device which cost more. We returned it !!!

Could not get it to Sync with phone. Called customer service and had one of the rudest experiences of my life. Rep was rude, not helpful, and hung up on us. My 80 yr old mother couldn't set up in her own so we offered to assist. Not user friendly. Sent back

That you had to have your cell phone on hand to use it

Great product worked exactly the way it’s supposed to only my grandmother hated it. She’s very independent, it would have been excellent for her. I would definitely recommend this product.

Went thru several of these, both in and out of warranty period. Several different issues with different devices. Failure to connect Bluetooth, draining new battery almost immediately, cycling in and out of connection at random. App would show as "Connected" with NO battery in device. Great idea, but appears not executed very well.

This watch has been discontinued and couldn't be connected. It should be taken off your website.

Was told that Lively doesn’t make this product anymore and the product that I received is refurbished
