Great rugby training tool.

Doesnt stay up
Amazon wont let me return- this ball stayed up for about 30 mins before it started going flat

Enjoy the bounce.
Bought as I need to get fit and work my lower back. This is great as I can bounce the ball off the garage wall and 95% of the time I can catch it. (Need more practice, as my Rubgy mojo is rusty). I can see this ball being useful and fun in getting my heart rate up, suppler and have fun doing it.

Great if you have no friends
This is great for practicing pass accuracy. You will annoy your neighbours and the ball doesn’t quite travel through the air like a normal-shaped ball would. But that’s a given.

This ball is great for teaching youngsters to pass, it is very grippy and really does help with passing from both hands.
