Very light, so must be bolted to ground. Comes with hardware needed to do so. You must have tools to install. Once installed doesn't budge.Material is a hard plastic that grinds very easy. Though a hard plastic, it does chip and peel bits and pieces of plastic yet still grinds after months of use. Very little wax if any is all you need.Top is very narrow unlike wider tops of traditional cement blocks. Still once you get used to it, easy to Slappy grind.Very happy to have in my backyard micro skate park

The shipping box was badly damaged. The parking blocks/stops were OK but the hardware to attach them to the concrete was missing. The Total Order was for 3 blocks but hardware for only one remained in the box.

I bought this product for a duplex to pass inspection, man they were easy to install and they look amazing !!

Safety

Great product, makes parking easy and keeps my truck from going through the garage door on a steep driveway. The only downside is the size of the hardware and need for a drill bit that costs as much as the block itself: it would be great if they could offer a bundle with a correctly-sized masonry bit.

Bought this for skating and it works pretty great. Can use it for grinding and some fun pop tricks. However it is light and will move. If you can nail it down I would suggest filling the bottom wit cement mix

Shipped quickly, item is a heavy plastic, seems durable. Install was easy when had right tools. These are exactly what I needed and what I got.
