Bat Gaiwan works great
It took a couple of weeks to get here, but arrived securely packed and no breakage. For the price, it’s a nice little gaiwan. The blue bat design is cute, but looks like the screen printing was disturbed during the application process. The saucer has some debris under the glaze. It’s not very noticeable and still perfectly functional. The gaiwan is the right size to make tea for 1-2 people and can is easily held with one hand to pour. It’s a sturdy porcelain and doesn’t feel like it will easily break.Overall really happy with this bat gaiwan. We already had several sessions with it, loving it with dragon ball white teas and oolongs.

Great little gaiwan
Great medium sized gaiwan (130-150ml~). Looks great in person, and the design on the lid/side hasn't been scratched off after months of near daily use. It can get a little hot if using boiling water, but hey, it’s porcelain. It fits well in the tray and doesn't move around much. Pouring as a full unit with the tray seems to work well if that’s your thing. If you're looking for a gaiwan on Amazon and like the way this one looks, you'll get a lot of use out of this one.

Very pretty!
I like it, but I wish it were a little bigger, and I don’t like the shape of the saucer! These are just my personal preferences, though. It showed up in one piece(not chipped at all), and the designs are gorgeous. No matching set for it either which is a bummer.

Way too small unless you're looking for gaiwan
It didn't give dimensions, so I very wrongly assumed it was a standard size cup. Nope! I could probably drink espresso out of it, but that's not why I wanted it. It's a useless $17 trinket! Buyer beware. Unless you want spend a fortune for a child size tea cup, don't buy it!!!!! UPDATE! In my ignorance, I didn't research gaiwan tea cups before I bought this. It's an involved way to drink tea. Not my cuppa. I stand by the one star due to the quality of the cup. The rim is chipped and the coloring is not finished. The saucer is scratched. Bottom line, if you're into gaiwan, fine. But there are less expensive, better quality cups out there!

Nice teacup
Great looking teacup that matched my tea set. Needed a bigger cup to sip my teas. Capacity is 1/2 cup. The only disadvantage is the plate that comes with it. I wish it was a bit bigger and flat versus concave shape to prevent the cup from tipping over when placing. I just don’t use the plate to prevent any mishaps.

A great gift idea
I purchased this for my grandson for his tea. It's very cute and small. A great gift idea. I have a larger version that I truly love to use for tea and even coffee. It keeps my hot beverages warm and drinkable for a few minutes until I'm ready to drink it.

Really nice Gaiwan
My first Gaiwan so I had to get use to using it for my Puerhs. Rugged enough for my clumsiness and easy to clean. Plus it’s really nice to look at with the dragon design. There’s tons of YouTube vids on how to properly use Gaiwans. Just my recommendation.

Personal sized and very pretty
It's a gorgeous little gaiwan, and good porcelain. Gladly a show piece. Perfect size for sampling a new tea, or multiple infusions for yourself. The estimated shipping time doesn't lie though, so don't order it if you need a gift in a hurry. It's packaged up & shipped regular usps from China, but it survives the trip & is well worth the wait.
