Effing awesome for Burning Man
Rebar is soooo over! Lags are WAY faster to get in and out, and aren't a trip/gash hazard like rebar. Totally worth it! I outfitted my camp's two large shade structures and my own shiftpod with extras ti give to campmates. You'll want a proper impact driver of course, I used the "PORTER-CABLE PCCK647LB 20V MAX Brushless Cordless Impact Driver" and it was flawless.

Good bolts, received fast
The shipping said 5 to 10 days. I'm in CA and got them in 2 days without paying the extra shipping. Really grateful for this because I needed them quickly. I use them as ground anchors (burning man style) with chain links. Works great for this.

A+++
I bought these for ground anchors at Burning Man and they worked wonderfully! Much easier than pounding rebar.... I just used an impact driver and socket and all my structures were anchored solid! Highly recommend these!!! Plus they are so cheap!!!

Does the job, and by far the cheapest place I've found them these days
I use them as anchors for portable structures. e.g., Burning Man like everyone else. If one breaks I'll change this to a 1 star but they seem strong and of good quality

We are trying these for Burning Man this year instead ...
We are trying these for Burning Man this year instead of rebar. They seem solid and the head is just big enough to add a chain to for tent/whatever connections. Wish us luck!

Great as huge tent stakes with an impact driver.
These lag screws are great but we use them in admittedly uncommon way. We use these at Burning Man in combination with an impact driver to stake down our large shade structures so they don't blow away in the wind. They're perfect and plenty long enough so they'll never get accidentally pulled out.

Needs a 9/16 driver head
Description is misleading, needs a 9/16 driver not 3/8.

Use with caution
Careful if you are using these as stakes -- they bend easily and seem to be a low grade steel. Which explains the price.
