it is slow
The phone works but it is very slow at having the words come up on the screen. It needs to be faster so you can read at the same time the talking is happening.

I can use the phone again!
Wonderful! I could not use my phone at all, now I can. The answering machine is great too as I can read my messages. I find it's helpful to move the receiver away from my ear so that I am JUST reading my caller's words instead of trying to listen and read at the same time.

Slow
I agree that although it is a big help to me in that I really can't hear on the landline or the cell phone, the transcription is slow - at times maddeningly slow and frustrating.
