My Eclectus loves this stuff and it’s very easy to make. I will usually make her a batch and use it for 4-5 days. Great stuff!

The media could not be loaded.  The first time i fed them this they didnt really care for it but I believe its because they probably had eaten a bunch of seeds before i served it to them. I usually give them a mix of roudy bush (they only eat it after they eat all their seeds and nothing left to eat) and a mix of other pellets/ seed mix.I cooked them 1 cup and followed directs exactly as stated on the bag and it was the EASIEST to cook. As soon as i opened the bag it smelled so good. Lots of spices and even my mom said “you should probably eat some of that too” LOL.The next day i served them this from the batch i cooked them last night. I put some in a glass bowl sprayed some water to remoisten the rice from being on the fridge and not dry in the microwave and microwaved for about 25 seconds and let it cool to serve. I took all of their other food bowls and try it “cold turkey” and give them this as an only option. I put it in and they waited for me to stop staring at them and they started munching away. Complete silence hahha. By the way 1 cup makes about 3 cups cooked. It makes A LOT for 5 birds. And the bag uncooked looks like theres about 3-4 cups uncooked. So maybe 16 servings of cooked rice(not servings per food of what your birds eat since it can vary).After the morning serving they did not stop looking for more food. They wanted MORE of it. I was like DAMN yall really like this huh ?? They eat a lot. So i gave them a second serving and they ate it up AGAIN. This was a complete 180. now this is all they want. They prefer this over their other seeds & roudy bush. My pineapple conure has been molting. She seems to molt year round :( so i figured this could help and she likes mushy food. She LOVED THIS STUFF. I would recommend it 10000000000000% feels great knowing im feeding them healthy foods and expanding their life. Hopefully this helps her molting.

Pellets have been challenging to switch my cockatiel to, but he took to Bird Street Bistro right away. It’s very nutritious and also a great base to add some more fresh fruits or veggies into. Sunny rates it an A+

Bought this for my birds, they love it but I was a bit unsure of the freshness, I saw what appeared to be spider webs or maybe hatched out critters in the seed. But my birds love it. I ordered more and I’m hoping once it cooks it doesn’t matter to them. It’s a bit expense for the amount of servings you get, someone told me to get local person who makes fresh as they sell it for less and in huge 5 pound bags. For now I will buy this until I find someone local that makes it here.

I like the product. The package it came in was cut open. And at some point the idea I ordered which is bird seed leaked into the package. I couldn’t fine an opening in the bird seed package. I surmised the package had been injured Abe replaced.

*I mix 1 tablespoon to 1.5 tablespoons of waterOr 2 tablespoons to 3 tablespoons of water. The directions is 1 part mix : 1.5 parts water.In short: Just get it!! Like the reviews say, even the pickiest bird has loved it. So I took a shot and so happy I did!! Here’s how I got her from a seed diet to a healthy pellet mix and Bird Street Bistro. I hope what I’ve done and the steps I’ve taken the time to explain help someone out there with there picky bird!I’ve been working slowly with my Pineapple Conure over 8 months to wean off of an all seed diet. She’s been hard headed and picky! But she had her moments of curiosity. Pay attention to those moments. Even if your bird doesn’t actually eat the fruit or vegetable, notice how long they linger around the given food item even if it’s just being licked for a long time compared to other items you may have offered.The first was getting her onto pellets and picking the right size. I started with the really tasty fruity ones from Zupreem (some people say they’re like junk food, which makes them a great intro to pellets. Who cares if they’re not the best or healthiest. The first goal is to get your bird to accept this new food, so make it the tasty one).I first tried the Conure sized pellets and I learned after some observing she was refusing to eat them b/c they’re way too big and I saw she couldn’t even bite into them. I took a shot at getting budgie sized pellets and offered her 2 pellets to try. It’s a new food so too much at once can be overwhelming. The moment she walked up and grabbed a small pellet, she was able to crush it with her beak, and even tried the second one! So I saw she was willing to incorporate pellets now.Ok. Great. Pellets are now a part of her diet and the seeds can be slowly taken away and used just for treats. I even forgot to buy her seed mix altogether the past month, which happened to play an important role for her eating Bird Street Bistro.. I’ll explain in a little…In the mean time she still has refused fresh chop, or whole fruits and veggies. (That’s okay, we will work up to certain things - some items she would lick for a long time which is still progress compared to completely refusing them or being around them which she used to be like).One day, recently, I tried giving her red pepper flakes and she liked them! That played an important role in choosing the flavor later on. Another time recently her vet gave her Dr. Harrison’s pellets and bc she was used to pellets already, the switch was immediate and easy. That’s why I say don’t worry about the food being the healthiest at first, just get them the tastiest item and get them used to the shape texture size and away from all seed. In time they’ll be able to switch to the really healthy pellets. Just give them time.Ok SOI get on amazon and order more Dr. Harrison’s, Katee’s seed mix, and Bird Street Bistro - specifically the southwest mix bc I already know she loves the red pepper flakes so the choice seemed obvious.That night I took out all of her food from her cage so she would be good and ready for my plan!Next day as soon as I received everything I got it all ready. First I gave her the seed mix in a new shallow metal bowl made for kittens. Ohhh she was screeching in excitement to see her favorite treats after so long! And in a shiny new bowl! I let her snack on it for only a couple minutes and then took it away. I got the bird street bistro ready and laid a nice layer on top of her seed mix. She was so excited for her seed mix, she couldn’t resist, and willing to pick through, which still resulted in her tasting the BSB mix.Normally she has straight up refused to eat if I mixed her foods together with fresh chop, long enough at a time, that I would have to give in to giving her just regular pellets and seed mix.Anyways… She would go to the bowl, take a bite and walk away, and did this a few times until she finally sat and ate. A little later I let her perch on my finger and held the bowl for her and would pretend to eat with her she loved that. I left her alone and hours later when I came back her bowl had obvious large pits of missing food!! She really got into eating it! Seeing her willingness to approach and peck at the food let me feel comfortable in letting that be the only food in her cage I offered her all day. Outside of her cage she had a very small 2 tabkespoons of mixed pellets and seed on top of her perch if she decided that’s what she wanted.But no, she actually was in her cage often today eating through the BSB / seed mix!This is the most exciting thing I’ve seen her do with her diet and how much she loved the food! And the grains look kind of like the shape of millet too so I don’t think it looked too new and foreign for her.This makes me feel confident that our next step may be able to incorporate fresh chop. But that will all come in do time. I am VERY happy with current diet.There’s only a little left of her Zupreem, so that will now be used along with her treats seeing she has accepted Dr. Harrison’s - which will be her main food in her cage all day to eat as she pleases. While the BSB will be offered first thing in the morning with her seed mix. 🙌

Was almost put off by some reviews saying such a small bag for the cost of cheap ingredients etc , but I feel this is a decent size bag for the price (similar size/cost for other organic products) especially considering all organic. It also seemed to double in size when cooked so for my one African grey this is going to last a couple months I’d say. My only complaint was the directions via stovetop didn’t get the quinoa cooked. Directions for apply berry said to boil water stir in once and remove from heat. I know from experience quinoa takes a bit to cook. I even tried adding water and putting it back on to simmer longer but then the other stuff gets mushy… also thought aren’t you supposed to rinse quinoa first? Regardless the bird loved it & its healthy so we will definitely be trying other flavors. I even tasted & pretty good ! Lol

En plus, je leur donne aussi des pois verts, blé d'inde cuit, oeufs cuits dur. Bien sûr, des graines.Je fais une bonne quantité de ce mélange, et je congèle. Je leur en donne à raison de 2-3 fois par semaine, quelquefois 4

My lovebirds loves them. However it is rather pricey. Smells fantastic n looks fresh.

I have 2 cockatiel and one love bird..my cockatiel are the fussiest eater in the world its impossible to get them to eat anything other than millet and rice and they love this bird food! Will try other flavours!

My birds - three cockatiels and a peach front conure - love this food! They dived in as soon as they saw it and would fight for it at times! I would definitly get another bag of Bird Street Bistro!
