MEECO'S RED DEVIL ColorGlo Color Flame Sticks

Ironically, I purchased these based on the negative reviews complaining that the flames only turned blue and kind of blue-green or purple. This was PERFECT for me because I used them to do a baby boy gender reveal for my husband's parents when we had a camp fire at their house. I searched and searched for fire changers that would only turn it blue, but everything out there includes reds and pinks, which would have been pointless for us. We put them in a paper bag before putting them in the fire the first time so they couldn't see the sticks themselves, and my in-laws thought it was soooo cool. Even if you're just using them for fun, the blue and green came out so vivid that I think anyone would be impressed with the colors, and each stick lasted about 10-15 minutes. It came with about 30 sticks so we put 3-5 on at a time, and then just dropped a few more in when it seemed to wear off. We used a handfull to test it ourselves at home before hand, and it worked out so well that we used them at several different back yard fires to share the news with friends also, so this one box really lasted us through 4 different events. It's hard to take pictures of fire but in person the flames were really colorful, and there was no question we were announcing BOY. Completely satisfied!

I have tried a bunch of these flame color products. I liked this the best. Seemed the best value for the time they lasted and the amount of color in the fire. Some last a bit longer but you get hardly any color, others put off a lot of color but only for a few seconds.We had a bunch of scouts and there was enough sticks for everyone to have fun for a couple hours.As a bonus they didn't have as strong a smell as some other products I have tried.

Very pleased! The Meeco's Flame Sticks were packaged secure and arrived unbroken. It's just a fun thing!! You put a couple flame sticks in your fireplace, and immediately you have stunning flame colors.

everything was fine but the burn time was fairly short.

We bought them for some color on our trip to a state forest campground and knew we would not be watching fireworks. The kids had fun with the colors in the fire. The color does not last as long as what the package stated. But we had a pretty hot fire, so that might have had something to do with it.

I love them for the kids but for us adults it would be nice if they lasted a bit longer. We go through them pretty quickly to maintain the FUN for the kids.

Lots of fun for the camp fire. I only wish I had bought more for the long weekend. I ordered 2 boxes this time.
