Not only is this mix inferior in its ingredients, it is worse than what they sell in the discount stores and it is much more expensive. It is mostly millet and corn, very few sun flower seeds.Don't order it. I am surprised that Amazon offers this product.

Good Value, for a basic bird food. There are various types of seeds a little too much corn. It doesn't have a ton of sunflower seeds so I use it as a base and mix in other seeds. For the price it is a good food

Valley Splendor Wild Bird Feed is a good wild bird feed.Even though the birds like it,they do not have to pay for the s/h.The high cost for shipping & handling is the only dislike that have.Otherwise it would probably receive 4 stars as the wild birds & other wildlife are happy with it.
