The most insightful and practical guide to culture change
The Insider's Guide to Culture Change by Siobhan McHale is one of the best books I have read on this subject so far. I started reading it as soon as it was delivered and just could'not put it down until I have finished it (and when I did, it was full of notes and bookmarks!). In my view, Siobhan excelled in creating an incredibly insightful and practical no-nonsense guide which would be useful for both, seasoned professionals and people who are just entering the arena of transformation and culture change. But the value of this book goes far beyond organisational change management - no leader should be without this insider's guide!

The best investment you are likely to make!
Culture is something that will be a vitally important asset to all those companies and organisations who wish to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately few CEOs and managers understand its true worth and importance. This book will explain what to look for in order to diagnose what culture you currently have and then how to develop the patterns that will provide you with the foundations for culture change. If you get the culture right then the benefits will automatically follow such as collaboration, productivity, wellbeing, staff retention and inclusivity.Whilst reading this book you will automatically reflect on your own organisations culture and understand how the co-created patterns have developed over many years, providing you with numerous light bulb moments. This could be the best investment that you have ever made with a guaranteed return.

A fantastic resource to help you navigate organisational change
I need to read a lot of books for my business, however, it's not often that I know I'll keep coming back to a book - this is one of them! What I particularly enjoyed about this book is that it felt so accessible, with busy minds it's sometimes hard for leaders to get into complex theory, I feel I could recommend this book to anyone. I liked that it was filled with practical examples of how to diagnose and positively influence organisational culture. Thank you Siobhan, for sharing your experience in such an accessible way.
