Great stopping power
As you’d expect with a brake of this caliber these have tremendous stopping power. Paired up with a 203mm rotor up from and a180mm out back. These also setup and bled really easily.

pretty good
My reference point to this is from a 2 pot deore front brake. It took a while to break in the pads, and after a few rides I think i get about 30% ish more stopping power than the 2 pot deore's. It does have better modulation and so far I have not found a hill where this brake struggles to maintain control and the ability to stop.

Braking power, fade free, and good modulation
These feel different from the XT 4-pistons on my other bike in that the lever travels more and doesn't become hard so quickly. That travel gives you a good feel of the brakes. When you want to lock the wheel just pull harder and under any condition they will stop. I have not felt any fade.
