For MONTHS and MONTHS, I struggled with getting the volume control to work correctly on my original OEM remote - I'd have to press the volume up/down button so hard to make any change at all. It finally occurred to me to see if I could find a replacement. I was thrilled to see there was one and, it works so very well! One of life's not-so-little irritations has been resolved.Thank you!

It’s identical to the old original remote. Requires no programming or syncing, just pop in batteries and start using it! The old remote lost functionality for the volume buttons and this remote worked and can’t beat the price.

This was overall good for a remote. It did the things I wanted to and it’s never failed me yet. It was slightly inconveniencing that there were no batteries included in the package.

Checked to be sure this remote was compatible to my sound bar and it works great. The description says 2 batteries are needed so I had those ready. Put the batteries in and the new remote works great. Nothing complicated-just works right away.

Replaced Sony RM-ANP105 for soundbar. Seems to have all the functionality of the original remote.

My current Sony Soundbar gets used every day. After a few years, I was having problems, and determined it was the remote. This was the perfect replacement and I had no problems after i got it.

It works but ...... it is extremely directional (compared to my old original that would work literally from almost anywhere in the room). For some reason the remote's "down volume button" is the worst button, I have to be standing right in front of unit and less than 8 feet away. Based on this it is not worth the ~$40 I paid for it.
