Maybe not the coolest looking accessory, but they are very functional! I have an ever-changing prescription, so I didn’t want to buy glasses with progressive lenses since I knew they would change, so bought these to clip on instead. They clip on so easily. Love them!

These flip up computer reading glasses are super light weight and a crystal clear soft image. HOWEVER, the black piece that attaches to your glasses is going to take some getting used to. Not only is it super ugly, but also is right in your line of vision and very distracting. Why wouldn't they leave them transparent or at the very least white?! May be looking for something better. So disappointing.UPDATE, quickly got used to the ugly black thingys in my line of vision, don't notice them anymore when looking through the lenses and the flip up design is really great; they flip way back. Still LOOK absolutely hideous on though.

People who have excellent vision, cherish that gift because it is a daily hassle trying to see, the dry eyes, the contacts, the no contacts, I can see far, but not close; I can see midway, but can't see far - all this juggling between contacts, regular eyeglass prescription vs progressive - they all have their drawbacks. This allows me to use my regular eyeglass prescription and flip down the lenses when I need to see closer. I'm even able to angle the flip down for various sight needs e.g. looking at something very close up or something midway like my computer screen. The progressive contacts and eyeglasses just weren't cutting it, and it really added to my daily agitation with this fuddling around with various methods trying see. These clip-ons weirdly alleviate 50% of that stress. I don't know how I came across these, almost bypassed them as gimmicky but they work

These clip-ons work great and were exactly what I needed. I even bought them twice. They are a little bulky and the extra heft sometimes causes my glasses to slide down my nose. But I can live with that. The real issue is the durability of the clip, itself. On two pairs of these, the clip has broken within a month or two. Broken maybe isn't the right word. The pieces pop apart. I was able to snap them back together, but in both cases, the readers were never the same. Once they come apart they start a cycle of coming apart more and more often. It just becomes too annoying. I am now looking for a pair that don't flip up so they don't have these fragile clips.

Astonishingly low quality, miss-shaped, and easily broken. They should be about a dollar.

They seem pretty heavy duty but haven't had them long enough to tell if they will scratch easily. I do like them and they do seem to fit my distance glasses well...I hope this review is for the clip on reading glasses as I already reviewed the light to outlet adapter (when I thought I was writing a review for the clip on reading glasses...

If you are above a certain age and wear bifocals, you probably have difficulty finding the optimal distance for your computer monitor. In my case, I can't read my screen with either the distance or the closeup bifocal. Before getting these, I was always either leaning back and forth or raising and lowering my head to try to see. Ergonomically, not a good thing. These clip-on glasses serve the dual purpose of allowing me to read the screen without a problem, but they also protect my eyes from the UV light from the monitor. I keep another pair in my car because neither part of my bifocals lets me read the gauges, radio or A/C controls clearly. Rather than invest in either trifocals or another pair of glasses just for driving, these flip up out of the way for regular driving and drop down to quickly glance at the dash. They are very light, so don't put extra pressure on the nose piece.

Great product! I wish there was a larger option to cover larger style glasses. I'd buy it again if needed though.
