Lake Placid (Then and Now: New York) Paperback – Illustrated, July 7, 2008

This book I would recommend to anyone who has fallen in love with Lake Placid. It is a comprehensive guide with photographs depicting specific areas as it was long ago and a photograph of how it is seen today. So glad I purchased this for my husband.

This is a nice book for pictures. If you're looking for in-depth history or any other kind of information, this is not the book for you. The photos are still very beautiful.
