Rusty/ spot crumbling finish/missing hardware
We just put this together, easy to assemble, missing hardware that holds the bars across the bed frame. On top of a corner of a piece the finish crumbled off, in general some of the metal pieces had rust powder. The design is very simple and that is why I picked this despite it’s reviews. Hopefully it will be sturdy….

So-so but worth the money you pay.
*********** Update 1 year after purchase************I was so happy with this set when i first got it. Sadly a few months in, the frame began to squeek. It was no longer solid. I went to tighten the bolts and found that a lot of them were stripped, bars were bent and the welding was splitting. My boys aren't rough with furniture so I know that this was not put through any extra stress more than what it is intended for. It's simply cheap material. For it's price, it was ok but I dont see myself purchasing this again if it doesn't even last one year.*** Original review*** When I purchased this on Wednesday, it stated delivery would be an estimated 10-12 days. Here we are, Friday, two days later and it already arrived. 5* for that. The package was a little damaged but that is not the sellers fault, it was the carrier. What was the fault of the seller was that due to this damage and improper packaging of the hardware, I was missing pices of nuts. They had fallen out of a untapped open end of the plastic baggie. Some were in the box but others escaped. There were random pieces of packaging materials broken up in the box. Several slats had been filled with these and had to be blown out.Onto the bed frame. Holes did not line up properly and the brackets that the slats fit into were crooked. I had to beat those into place to get the slats to line up. Also, a portion of a slat where there should have been a hole, the machine used to cut the holes didn't punch the hole all the way through. I also had to drill holes into one side of the bed frame because holes were not where they should have been according to the diagram instructions. It took me just over two and a half hours to put together. That's with the extra needed maintenence hole making and slat pounding. I did it myself (plus the "help" of my 9 year old twins, bless their hearts, they did their best)It is solid and exactly what we needed. Remember this bed is not expensive so don't expect amazing quality. It is worth what you pay for Had it not been for manufacture issues, this would be a 5*_As always, my reviews are honest and unbiased._

Love, love, love! My husband and I have sat on the bed at the same time and nothing has happened. I love how much space it gives my children's room. 10/10

The frame of the daybed is very sturdy and has just the look I was going for - simple. It feels well-made. The metal is heavy and the surface seems to be not a coating but the metal itself. I got black and the texture makes it fingerprint (child smudge) proof. While the metal parts are heavy, the frame itself is very easy to pick up and move about. The foot and head pieces have holes so that you could attach a headboard or a footboard, but it would have to line up with the holes. The headboard I had on my old bed would not work with this frame. The instructions say you should have two people for assembly, but I easily assembled it myself. I didn't use the wrench it came with. That would have taken too long. I pulled out my ratchet set and the bed was put together in about 30 minutes. The mattress on this frame is more comfortable than it was on the boxsprings and frame it was on previously.I'm waiting to put together the trundle until I get the 16 screws and washers missing from the shipment. Looking at the parts, it doesn't seem as sturdy as the daybed frame, but I'll update once I put it together. The wheels are good quality.

Two-Two Two Beds in One.
The bed frame came in ahead of time. It was not a Prime type shipment understandably but in my case it was delivered promptly. The long narrow package with the heavy rails had a worn off corner and I ended up a day later picking bolts and nuts up off my concrete porch. In a perfect world the manufacturer would package the fasteners in a location in the carton that better protects them from being lost in shipment. I went down to my local Lowe's Home Improvement to pick up the half dozen bolts, nuts and washers. No big deal. The frame was in perfect condition and it assembled easily and it does exactly what we wanted. Seems sturdy enough and it is going into our spare bedroom for future visits from family. We are at an age where we do not put much strain on a bed. Possibly our grandsons jumping up and down on it will give it the real test. The trundle was the feature we wanted and we consider this two beds in one space(until needed).

As advertised
Get a small ratchet wrench or you’ll not have a good time tightening 26 small nuts. This is just what we were looking for except that we won’t even using the roll out trundle. We have a pop up that will make the bed a king. The bed is very sturdy. A couple of the “slats” were slightly bent, and some of the bolts had been scattered around in the box during shipping, but all the parts were there.

A great alternative to bunk beds!
I purchased this bed frame for our summer home. We had bunk beds but they made the room too small. This was a great alternative to save space. Nothing fancy here, just a basic frame. I put it together myself with just the tools supplied. It took about 45 minutes alone. It would have gone faster with another set of hands. The only problem I had was the delivery schedule. The bed arrived in 3 boxes over 3 different days spanning a week's time. A little frustrating. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Rusty and paint chipped in many places
The Bed arrived covered in powdered rust inside the protective sleeves. I cleaned all that up and hope it won’t be a problem in the future. The paint is chipped in many places. Note there are extra holes in the frame that appear to be for headboard/footboard attachment. Cosmetically they look bad. I have company coming and don’t have time to return the bed frame. I didn’t get what I paid for. If the paint wasn’t chipped and the metal wasn’t rusty it would be a great bed frame, very sturdy.
