Need to work with the caps; good customer service
When I got these, the spigot cap was missing. Company sent it right away. When I filled them, the caps seemed to leak at first when I left them on their sides and stacked them up next to my kitchen sink. However, I retightened them and tried again a couple times and eventually got them on right. Left them for another day to monitor before putting them in the basement and no leaks. Good quality and stack nicely. Will be ordering more.

Time will tell
If you just want a long-term, bomb-proof, water storage container then this is for you. But I'm using this as a water dispenser for my rv. I wanted something that could take a few knocks.I love the vented faucet - much better than other water containers where you have to loosen a cap or release a seal. The instructions indicate that the rubber gasket goes on the outside of the cap rather than the inside, so just switch it round. If anything's going to fail, it'll be the cap seals which are loose fitting and seemingly flimsy. With regular unscrewing and screwing, I can see them wearing out or tearing.Lastly, the color choice of industrial blues is an eye sore. It's unpleasant to look at if it's going to be used every day. I covered my containers in a cheerful fabric.UPDATE: So far the seals are holding but the main problem is the spigot. It requires an incredible amount of torque just to turn the thing on and off. Kinda painful on the fingers! Because this thing is made of plastic, it's inevitably going to snap off one day just because of the strain it's under when being turned.

Good containers, but not for us!
These are just okay. BUT - that opinion is based on the fact that I'm quite old now and cannot possibly lift these things once they are filled with water. A 2-gallon size would have been perfect. But no one seems to offer anything in that size. So we bought 2 of these containers. At first, one of them leaked a tiny bit, but after we re-affixed the seal and snugged down the cap, the leaking stopped. I loved the two handles built in to the container itself. And I loved that they came with a faucet you can store away and use when the time comes. I also loved that they are stackable. The ONLY reason we will not purchase more of them is that we simply cannot lift them once they are filled with water. As I said, a 2-gallon size would be nearly perfect for people our ages (late 70's and early 80's).

Durable, leak proof so far
Much better design than the Water Brick. The built in handles make it easy to carry. I appreciate having the spigot included rather than having to buy it separately.

Love this product - want to buy again
We have two types of these water bricks. This product is our preferred, and is of superior quality. The handle location and cap location are both in a good positions to empty/fill, carry, and clean. The bricks interlock. Highly recommend! Love this product and will buy more. Hoping for a sale. :)

Once again USPS is my only complaint.

leaks and overpriced
I was excited about these AquaBricks. I intended them for potable water storage in an emergency. I planned to replenish them with fresh water every six months or so using the contents for the vegetable garden. At the first six month mark, stored upright all was good. This time, 14 months after purchase, one stored on its side leaked until almost empty into my crawl space. The cap was not loose, it was tight as I had left it. What a mess! I'm annoyed for this price that it leaks or that you need to use a device to tighten the cap not that I have such a device. On a positive note I tasted the water in the second upright container and it was fresh. No plastic or chemical taste. I would drink it. I want to buy more and stack but I can't. Not with these results. And I'm not wasting space lining more of them upright. I was going to gift some but not now.
