First & foremost thank you for correcting my order & finally receiving it today. I ordered 3 by mistake & only needed 2, 1 for my daughters 2yr & 4yr old cousins & 1 for my daughter. After awaiting this item & inflating it with our electric pump with the correct connections & attaching it to our water hose, the actual pool would not stay up in a shape of a cloud as described & made too do!!!! Our entire adult & sensible family/friends tried numerous attempts to try & get it to stay up, whilst our 5 yr old was left distraught & miserable more so for us (parents) left to console our little ones!!! How could you be selling a product that doesn't do what it says on the tin at a price of £49.99 each, shocking & disgraceful. I demand my money back & you keep your non great product!!! Thanks for nothing... Just take a look at the photos & I'll say no more

If I could give no stars I would. This product is not fit for purpose. It looks amazing but does not stand up for longer than a few minutes then collapses. Children were soooooo excited then very upset when it didn’t work?Now I can’t get a refund unless I return it and I’m in isolation!!! And how would you roll it up?WARNING!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME!!! AND AVOID MANY TEARS!!!!!

Came packaged well .Fairly easy to put up .Although it did not stay in rainbow shape as it gets pushed over by the wind .We thought the spray from the top of rainbow was a bit feeble . Would have liked a better spray from the tiny holes at the top.The kids enjoyed it so that was all that mattered.

Really disappointed in this product. It arrived today, so great speedy delivery, but I couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t inflate on one side. It turns out the seam on the cloud was not joined properly so the air was escaping. I’ve had to patch it up with the repair kit but it still does not inflate properly. I understand wear and tear over time but this was faulty brand new out of the box!

Don’t waste your money. It wouldn’t stay upright and didn’t work properly. In the bin.

I am not very happy with this product and would either like a refund or replacement as my grandchildren used it for the first time today and my son had to hold it up the whole time they were playing in it so having paid £39.99 for it I would have expected it to work properly as stated on the box.

Stay away from this, tried it twice now and both times kids disappointed. It doesn’t go in a rainbow shape, I had to replace the connector, brought from my little girl 4th birthday and really really disappointed.

waste of money. couldn't get it to stay up. kept falling over. very dissapointed grandchildren. to difficult to try to package back up to return.
