Great product, fantastic value
I have medium-high arches and enjoy extra cushioning in my shoes to prevent foot soreness. So I entered the world of insole supplements, of which there are many. This was one of the first I ever tried and I still use them frequently. I enjoy the fact that these are simply an arch cushion, no more and no less. This insole keeps my heel level and does not crowd my foot in the shoe, yet fills up that space between my arch and the bottom of the shoe which appears to be so critical for overall comfort. It also adds a lot of cushioning for a fairly thin insole. As a result I can walk or stand more comfortably than without them. I find that these fit perfectly in my dress shoes, which is very helpful since I am on my feet a lot at work. Honestly at this point I would not wear dress shoes without them. They also last for years and years. I am still wearing pairs of these that have to be at least 5 years old and they are holding up just fine. Although I do usually wear the thicker Spenco products (walker-runner and proform) in my athletic shoes for the added cushioning, for every other shoe I use these. A great value for a fantastic product which makes me more comfortable during every day use.

Best of the Best
These are the same quality as I have worn for over 30 years. From the first pair of flats to these with very pronounced arches. The arches are very firm even though they are soft and comfortable. I have very low arches and my feet would get sore or achy/tired if I didn't wear these. I have them for all of my shoes but if you need to swap out that is fairly simple as they don't curl up too bad when inserting. They seem to last forever as the flats I started with were still good several years later before I discovered the high arches. The ones I have now,I just keep swapping into the new pairs of shoes.

Text some doing to get them into the shoe, but worth it
These are great inserts. Good support for a high arch, a little difficult to put into a shoe but once they’re in, they’re great.

Very Comfortable
These insoles have good arch support and are some of the most comfortable I've used.

I can't believe how well these worked!
I have plantar fascitis and a bad heel spur, caused from years of retail management with long shifts on my feet, too much excess weight, and a problem with over pronation. I saw these inserts were recommended for my problems on a site I visited, and the price was right, so I thought why not? When I opened the package, I really thought I had wasted my money. They are so thin and not rigid or molded or padded anything like the other orthotics I've worn in the past. They seemed like more of just a thin insole and not even very cushioned. I didn't expect much, but I wore them today in a pair of dressier shoes that I hadn't been able to wear with orthotics before. (With a backup pair of shoes to change into at lunch, because I was so sure my feet would be killing me by then.) I am so amazed that it is now the end of the day and I'm writing this review at 11pm, after a 10 hr shift on my feet, and my feet don't even HURT. I keep wiggling and stretching them because I'm amazed at how they feel. I haven't come home from work without limping in so long. How in the world did this thin insole manage to help so much? The only thing I can think of is that the placement of the padding seems to be further back on the foot than usual, so I think it causes the foot to roll outwards and fixes the alignment problem. I have special shoes I've bought that I paid $200 for that don't perform as well. I'm not even going to question it. They just work. For this price, I will be ordering more for all my other shoes!

Helps to keep from overrunning sides of shoes.
These are very helpful for keeping my feet even. I have a tendency to pronate and always wear my shoes unevenly. This insert really helps and they don’t break down.

Love these inserts
Cushions just enough. Supports arch really well. Usually fits my shoes nicely without making them too tight. They hold up really well. They are getting expensive now. But best i have found.

Not for high arches
My new cowboy boots offer almost no arch support & are a tad large so I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone by purchasing thin foam insoles that would provide arch support & tighten up the fit a bit. On the plus side, these fit my boots perfectly without any trimming and they're thin enough to use without having to remove the glued in factory insoles. But the arch support is about half of what I'd like it to be. Spenco calls the arch support in these insoles "high-low". Presumably, that has some specific meaning in the world of insoles, but it sounds a lot like "medium arch support" to me. Which is exactly how I'd describe it-- arch support is present, but there isn't enough of it for high arches. This insole with a higher gel arch support would be perfect. As it is these are better than nothing, but fall short of ideal for anyone with high arches.
