I've had my Sony WF1000XM3 noise cancelling earphones for a year and never been able to use them because they gradually fall out even when sitting. I've been too afraid of losing them if I wore them to walk outside and exercise with them was an impossible dream. These adapters have changed everything! The pack is incredible value for money. You get two sets of over ear and one set of inner ear. They do sit further out of my ear than I'd like but i'll deal with it because they stay put! I can walk, run and jump and they don't move at all! I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm super impressed and it's safe to say I am! After reading all the not so impressive reviews I felt I should share my genuine thoughts. If you've tried all the bud sizes that come with the pack and you have unusual shaped ears like me - who knew?! Buy these. My Sony earphones are no longer a monumental waste of money thanks to these adapters. Thank you!

The attachment fits quite high on the ear bud. This means when you then put the ear loop over your ear, you wont be able to then get the headphones far enough in to get the noise cancellation to work well.Basically, it just holds the ear bud too far out of the ear.The main selling point of the WF-1000XM3s is the incredible noise cancellation, these loops might mean that they are slightly more secure on your head, but what's the point? The sound quality massively diminished because they were so far out.My recommendation would be to avoid this product. I have returned mine.

Not working as described. Ok for holding the air buds near the ear. But not for keeping them in the ear.

I love my Sony WF-1000xm3 earbuds but the only niggle I have with them is I couldn't get them to stay securely in place if I did anything that involved regular head movement outside of simple walking. I've tried the different types of supplied tips and even bought recommended 3rd party replacements from the US, all to no avail. During a recent spell weeding in the garden I realised how much I wanted a solution after regularly having to fiddle about with my ears to keep them in place. I came across these and I'm now a happy weeder! Yes they are a little fiddly to get into place but not too difficult. Having looked around I haven't seen anything that looks as though it could do a better job. Probably okay for jogging or gym work although I appreciate the earbuds themselves aren't strictly sweat proof.They're not perfect, but I doubt you'll find much better to keep your earbuds in place.

Purchased because blue-tooth ear buds kept falling out. Does the job but pushes them further out of your ears so other people can then hear what is playing.

Do not buy for the Sony true wireless noise cancelling headphones Sony WF-1000XM3/WI-1000X , the ear hooks (why I bought them) are hard plastic..They are uncomfortable and leave the ear bud/phone sitting outside/back from your ear canal rendering them useless..poor design and not cheap either with postage. Not suitable for the Sony Sony WF-1000XM3/WI-1000X 👎

Delivered quickly. Also came with the 4 over ear hooks and a set of bud in ear hooks that worked even better. Very pleased!

The design places them between the outside and the back of the silicon earbud therefore they keep pulling the earbuds straight out of the ear

Wirklich billigster, unbrauchbarer Müll. EarBuds sitzen nicht mehr genügend fest im Ohr, wenn die Bügel befestigt sind. Wurden sofort zurückgeschickt.
