These brilliant lights are an exceptional way to accentuate any room in the house, the garden, deck or patio! These lights are especially great at decorating a child's room. We tested these lights out with our children, and not only do they make our kids' rooms cozy and comfortable, they serve as great night lights. Illuminating enough to breed courage in the dark, yet are low enough for the children to sleep beneath. We have hung them on the wall in the form of shapes and have draped them from the ceiling to resemble stars in the dark sky above their beds. Our children absolutely love them! Available in either copper or silver wire. Shorter strands, a variety of colors and battery & USB power sourced strands are up and coming! Completely safe!!! StarCrossed Fairy Lights are 100% safe. The LEDS nor wiring never grows warm much less hot, even after extended periods of being plugged in. They are waterproof. They are non-toxic and have been washed post manufacture to confirm no residue from the factory remains. StarCrossed Fairy Lights are also very long. 33 feet long with 100 individual LED lights. Unfortunately, these lights do not interconnect with additional strands. Each individual strand does require it's own power source.
