Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Yarn (3-Pack) Dusty Purple 860-146

This yarn is one of my favorites. It's super soft, works up quickly and has no flaws or defects in the spinning or color. One skein is plenty to make an adult-sized beanie. Will definitely order again!

I ordered this because I needed this particular color for a blanket I was making for a baby, and it claimed to be a 3.5 oz. yarn. It's not, more like a 4 oz. yarn. It's more bulky than the other yarns I was using, and it's very scratchy. Not suitable at all for a baby, and I now have three skeins I'll never use, even for an adult afghan. Very disappointing!

Have found this to be the great quality yarn as most yarn used to be. Have crochet for 45 yrs and love the softness of this yarn and also it does not split apart while working with it. Draw back is the availability and the price. Wish the skeins were larger.

I have used Vanna White yarn for sometime but availability is difficult. It's much like the quality most yarn used to be. Dating myself as I have been crocheting for 40 yrs. Very soft yarn and doesn't split apart ; only wish the price was better and more accessible. The small skeins make for a lot of connecting if you're doing an afghan for an adult especially someone that's 6'5. My favorite go to yarn if possible.

This scarf for my daughter looks exactly how we hoped. That being said, it is much more scratchy than we anticipated. This can be worn only with a turtleneck or on top of a coat. It is too scratchy to wear comfortably next to the skin.

This skein color seems to be OOS most places or its severely over-priced from shortage/demand. Color is neutral fleshtone which is great for doll making. Quick ship, lot color accuratez will buy again

At first I thought it was not soft enough but it ends up being somewhat nice and silky feeling. I made an afghan in this yarn and while it has a tendency to split, I have to say it came out the best of four similar afghans that I made. It has better body than other acrylic yarns I have used.
