First of all the printing and bounding of this book is top quality. The reason for the poor rating related more towards the content than anything else. Some good ideas, but most are repatative and almost impossible to set up at a real training session. Author might want to consider how the pitch would look like with multiple colored markers highlighting shaded areas in a circle would really look like. Confusing and difficult to add progressions.
