Nice shorts, soft material, thick, although not overly so. Pockets are decent size, the large fit me very well, 175 pounds 6 ft . Nice style, I like the way woman's are not overly baggy, below the knee knuckle dragging stuff someonedecided men want, instead of something that looks good.Nice price as well. I don't know how much I need the draw string, but it remains to be seen.

I just came back to buy my fourth and fifth, and realized that I’ve never left a review for these shorts that I’ve become loyal to.I HATE wearing clothes around the house. I was raised a Florida Girl: barefoot in swimsuits pretty much 24/7. Proper garb with a bra and fitted pants are just stifling. These are the perfect solution for lounging around the house in something more socially acceptable than just undies and a tank. Throw on a stretchy sports bra and you’re practically ready for a Queen’s Reception.They’re super comfy, thick knit without being hot, don’t ride up nor slouch from being stretched out. Classic thick jersey.I can sit around, do chores, and even sleep in them just fine. They’re are on the short booty-short side, and I’m old, so it’s not like I’d go out in them. If I was fit and young,still defying gravity, I would absolutely wear them out because they’re sporty and cute.I buy these in an XL which are probably slightly too big for my waist and hips, but they cover my ample bottom, won’t give my a UTI from being too tight, and the drawstring cinches them to the perfect size. They don’t shrink in the wash, and hold up from repeat wear. I think the next size down wouldn’t be comfortable and wouldn’t be flattering.I have the older ones without pockets, and am going to stick to this style. I like the idea of pockets, but don’t require them for my use, and don’t want to chance buying them and being disappointed with a slightly different cut. I’ve purchased other shorts by this brand previously, with and without pockets, and have been very disappointed with the fabric, shrinkage, and cut / fit. I’m super happy with these, so if it ain’t broke… buy more.

Not only were these inexpensive, but they are the best workout shorts I've found in awhile. I had a bad experience with Fabletics shorts (major riding, ill fitting, butt hanging out type of bad experience). These shorts are so comfortable, I can go out in public in them, they don't ride, they are the perfect length (for me... some people may prefer their shorts a little longer), very flattering and they don't require special care. Wash and dry... you're good to go. I bought 3 pairs and just sent a pair to my sister. I might buy more! I have nothing negative to say about them. I'll see how they wear after a few washes. If anything comes up I'll edit my review!Update: These are holding up well. I prefer to line dry mine because the dryer tends to shape them little weird. They don't shrink, just some odd bunching, but after a wash and line dry, they hang nicely.

These are a nice length and fit for a more straight body, maybe not the best for curvy. I bought my normal size medium and they fit too tight for my preference for shorts. I like shorts looser than pants. So I bought the large and they are a little bunchy in front on the elastic area but overall fit better. They are comfortable and snug around my butt and legs which is good for yoga etc., length is not too short or long. Nice casual/activewear for summer. It is a pretty thick material, I thought I might be able to wear as boardshorts but I they will get too heavy. The tag says 17.99 or 18 or something so don't pay more than that if the price is fluctuating as amazon likes to do. Size up if you prefer shorts a little roomier.

These shorts are so comfortable. I have bought two so far and pair so well with t shirts. They are lightweight and I plan on getting lots more. I wear a medium.

if you are petite and short-waisted, have a short torso, athletic legs…these are THE shorts for you!!I’m petite framed 5’1” and have great difficulty finding bottoms that fit. Everything medium/high rise comes up to my boobs, bottoms are typically way too baggy in the legs. This is the first clothing item I have bought in over a decade that fit properly straight out of the package. These shorts are true low rise, soft and comfortable, and not baggy at all in the legs. They might NOT be a good option for thicker legs or those with a longer torso. But for people like me— buy them in every color! I certainly am!FYI these can be worn as lounge shorts or with a top for exercise/errands/hot summer days. They are not too short on me to wear out of the house, nor are they too thin.

I've been wearing this brand shorts for years and have loved them. However, idk if it's the ones with pockets or just in general but they seem to be getting shorter. I have loved these shorts because of the shape and design. Mainly that the leg holes are not huge and like a parachute which I hate. They are close to the leg without being super tight on the leg and that is my unicorn of shorts that I prefer. These are just getting too short. Otherwise the material is so soft and comfortable. I am not comfortable sitting down and all my stuff hanging out however. I am a small person as well. My measurements are 32-24-36 5'3 107lbs. So if my stuff is showing then these shorts are too short. I want the build of these shorts but a little bit longer. The pockets are great but not for running if you have heavier things in them. Maybe a chapstick. Keys would probably fall out. I love this brand and am a loyal customer, but.... please don't make them any shorter.
