Overall it is good machine, just a little bit annoying due to ball stuck in the loading basket once a while

I was really impressed with this tennis ball machine. The top spin feature it amazing- gives a great work out. It is lighter than I though which makes it easy to tote around. You can plug it in to charge it - which is great. I do not always have an outlet to plug it in at the courts, so I recommend charging it before use. You cannot use new tennis balls for the time few uses, we had some old tennis balls lying around so it worked out. I would recommend getting a ball hopper to make clean up easy. It was on the pricey side but well worth the money. The item shipped fast and was as described.

This is an awesome machine! I have been using it 3-4 times per week. I like that I can slow it down so I can concentrate on my strokes or speed it up and let it oscillate so I can get cardio work. The balls don’t always come the same way so it keeps me guessing. Love it!

The ball machine seems fine except for two things.1. It doesn't give top spin. It gives backspin, like a slice. It's not good for normal hitting practice because of this. Slices are not the main shot you'll get in matches and since the "topspin" button gives slice shots, it is pretty bad for practice and a pretty bad ball machine in my opinion.2. The top 4 panels are flimsy and balls fall out often when it's full and quite often the ball machine stops feeding because the balls all get caught and nothing drops into the spinning feeder.

The machine is fairly intuitive and it works as advertised. For the price, the adjustment tool to the height/angle of shots is unnecessarily difficult to use.

Who needs a partner just to go out and practice? Love it. Should have bought one years ago.

I like everything about the machine, however I think all should come with remote in the future
