Accuon Large Atomic Radio-controlled Self-setting Digital Wall Clock with Indoor Temperature

This is the best clock I've ever bought, and I've bought 3 of these over the last year. The numbers are huge. The battery lasts very long (haven't replaced it in any of them yet), and the best thing: you put it wherever you want, and you never have to touch it again. No time drift, no having to set it after daylight savings time; it does everything by itself, automatically. You just set your timezone and off you go. I can't say enough good things about these things.One funny thing is that it has an alarm speaker hole on the back, but the clock doesn't actually have an alarm. It does have a thermometer though, which has been accurate on all 3 according to my reference thermometer. The temperature refreshes when the clock hits the 00 second mark of every minute. It seems to jump anywhere from around -0.3°F to +0.3°F of the actual temperature, so it averages out to exactly the right number.

We had purchased two of these clocks a while back. We liked them so well that we recently obtained two more. The large size of the digital numbers makes them easy to see from a distance. We had some other digital atomic clocks that we replaced with these. Our complaint about the old clocks was the way that they would eat batteries like candy. This Accuon model seems to be easy on batteries. They last three times longer than our old ones.

Bought it for elderly parent. She really likes it. 4 star only due to difficulty setting it up. More buttons would be helpful. The clock still advances one hour at midnight because I can't seem to put the daylight on/off setting in the correct place. The way to adjust this clock is by pressing the center mode button and then use the plus-minus buttons on either side. There is no confirmation as to completed selection.

OK clock for the price. Note that the date and seconds are hard to read on the right side. If that's important to you, might look elsewhere, but if you just want a self-setting clock, it's OK.As at least one other reviewer said, it's kind of confusing to set the time zone. Keep the instructions!

I’m a teacher, initially had this in my classroom but I wanted a backlight feature for that (so I went with another brand). However, I put this clock beside my bathroom mirror. So nice to have a thermostat and self-setting time/day/date when getting ready in the morning or getting ready for bed at night. Great purchase that does everything it claims to do, and does it well.

I feel like I'm the only one that actually purchased this! I appreciate the large digital display. I wish the instructions were a little better. I managed. I am having one small issue though, every morning I seem to be off by one hour. I have it in the correct time zone. Hoping someone can help me.

We bought it for our 96 year old mother to help her keep track of the day and date. It serves the purpose but it isn't as large as I had expected. She can't hang it where she is used to because she couldn't read anything but the time.

Lets see, where to start? The clock face is what I wanted, nice big numbers, but it is of little benefit to get the nice large numbers if the numbers are incorrect! The Atomic clock portion of this clock cannot figure out where it is. The clock is first 2 hours off, then 1 hour off, but never on time. When I try to adjust the time, the day adjusts and it is incorrect. I have taken the batteries out several times to start over, but alas, still no better. So, the atomic clock is no good as it cannot find the time zone it is in. Too bad... Don't waste your time on this one, it cannot tell time!
