RothcoCamo Tactical BDU Pants Camo Cargo Pants

If anyone ever asks me what pants I recommend for work, it would be these.-The looseness is one of my favorite features, minimizes chafing, enhances agility, and reduces the risk of tear if you're under strain. Essentially, you can easily squat in these.-It has 5 gallon buckets for pockets, I am often impressed by how much stuff I can put in them.-Waist tightens so that you can bend over to grab something without accidentally profaning the world.-The two leg openings (at the bottom) tighten. Useful for two reasons: 1. Minimize the amount of dirt that gets into your boot, 2. it is harder (not impossible) for bugs to get up your leg.-Camo pattern sorta hides any dirt or grease or whatever that you get on you.Those are merely my favorite features of these pants. I strongly endorse these pants for manual labor.

The ankle string is a nice touch, because that’s how military issued/surplus sale BDU’s are made. overall quality looks excellent. Some of the best camo BDU style pants I’ve seen sold on Amazon. This is a good brand.

The pattern looks very legit and the product feels and seems durable except for the loops on the waste straps. Felt cheap. That led me to the tag where I noticed the pants were made in china. I guess not a huge deal but I bought these thinking Rothco was an American made product. Should have done my homework before. Can’t speak for longevity but so far they’re not bad. Size is try for the most part but a little baggy. A medium fit my 6’1” 165lb frame fine. Time will tell the true rating.

I’m typically a 3X in everything but these are sooo big on me. I can button them and just slide them right off. Will be returning for a smaller size.

I wore these to work and after a good wash with plenty of softener I think it was worthwhile. They're made with a rough fabric but not one that can't be softened.

Was disappointed that they were burgundy and not red like they look in the pics. 3 stars bcuz of the color.

Great quality stitch, print quality is "acceptable", color appears a little washed compared to similar camo pattern on their shirt, hoodie, their boonie hat camo print is much more washed out than the pants. Overall not disappointed, but, I do wish I had NOT ordered up one size, which I almost always have to do due to my build (I'm a big guy, and "sized to fit" usually runs tight and uncomfortable on me.)I'll keep them anyway since they tie up at the ankles and the crotch doesn't impede movement despite sitting lower than expected, might even hem them up into shorts next summer who knows. I'm 6'1 and 220LB "average-to-fit" build, ordered 3XL, should have ordered 2XL. Hope that helps others out there looking to buy for a similar-sized male.
