Read with Oxford: Stage 3: The Dinosaur King and Other Stories

I went for this reading level so that my 7 year old would be empowered to read her book herself and it's fab to be able to find storybooks that I know she can read. And you get around 5-6 stories per book which is great for the price! I've bought her more for Christmas and bought some Level ones for my 4 year old.

I bought this book during lockdown to add a bit of variety to my son's reading as he had been making good progress. These books consist of 6 stories so are good value for money. The story titles are: The Dinosaur King, Planet Cake, The Lark and the Owl, Snoot's birthday surprise, The Night Knight, Tomorrow never comes. I really like this range as my son was using this range in school and although they are different stories they are a consistent good quality. The stories are engaging for my boy (which I struggle with as he always fights wanting to read). Also the stories teach some useful concepts such as the silent k in knight. He is 5 years old and it is the right level for him but I do have to help him with some words. I would recommend. The stories and nice with interesting illustrations.

This entire series is great for children learning to read. This is the fourth one I have purchased and will continue to buy more as my child progresses. They keep my son's interest more than other leveled reading books.

Lovely stories at correct reading level

My Son can be quite picky about what books he reads but really enjoyed these books especially the dinosaur king and planet cake.There are three level 4 books and three level 5 books.
