I often wondered if this type of device would work for me since my feet are typically sensitive. When I first started using it, it was a bit uncomfortable. I tried applying different pressure and positioning my feet in different ways. I was able to then start a massage gently at first and then with more pressure for deeper massage. The free online book had some good interesting information and was an easy read about reflexology and the benefits of this approach to improve quality of life. The roller is lightweight and would be easy to take with you anywhere. I received this at a discount for my honest review and I am so happy I did! Now that I have tried it, I would definitely buy more for gifts!

I have struggled with plantar fasciitis my entire adult life. The last time it reared it's ugly head, the pain got so bad that the only relief came when I was forced to be bedridden for several weeks following a tonsillectomy.This time, the pain has come on and I needed a way to knead the pain out of my feet. I've tried those little balls, but I hate them and they roll away from me. I bought this and it is AMAZING! I keep it under my desk at home and use it frequently. I find that it's best if you find where it hurts so good and roll away! This thing has done wonders for breaking up knots in my arch and stretching it out.Buy this item!

Since the blue and yellow balls are two columns length wise for each foot, it is a challenging to align the specific spot of the foot like high arch area to roll back and forth. I would rather to feel pressure point from baby toe to big toe area instead of half of my foot. Since it is not wide enough, it is not exactly comfortable to put both feet at the same time to roll back and forth.

Not bad I have so 8 feet and both fit on, wish it was a bit more rubber than the hard plastic it is

The massager works well and you can massage both feet at the same time. Good product for coming home with tired and sore feet.

Works well. A little light weight, but I can't see breaking it any time soon. Perfect under the desk for a daily break. Relieves pain after a day or two.

Sorry, but its cheap and doesn't work withouts socks..

I hate this foot roller it's too small in the little feet on the bottom didn't come with it I am very disappointed and would like my money back that is why I bought the wood roller far superior.
