I bought this pan after returning from a trip to Barcelona where I took a cooking class (among other things). The chef used all Fundix pans and swore by them. I was so happy to see Amazon carried the brand. This size pan is perfect for an omelet, it's lightweight, and non stick. I would highly recommend it. Anyone who has seen me use the pan, wants one!

I have owned this pan for several years and was looking here to replace it because of some scratches in the coating. I've been using it on my induction cooktop with no problems at all. I like the pan very much - it's the first one I reach for when cooking eggs especially. It is heavy enough to cook evenly but much lighter than my cast iron cookware.

I have been using an identical pan for about four years now with no issues. Very sturdy and easy to clean. Hopefully this one will last as long.
