This book explains HOW to get outside your comfort zone, so magic can happen
This book is easy to read, very practical, and breaks down the concept of getting out of your comfort zone. It matters because all positive growth -- personally and professionally -- requires doing new things that can feel uncomfortable. The book explains why it's hard, and provides tools to help you overcome the challenge and make real progress.

Nice book that teaches me how to be more comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone.
This book makes me feel better about myself. It reminds me that I’m not the only one who face such challenges, and it provides some techniques to overcome and grow. The book is perhaps a little more lengthy than it needs to be. Nevertheless, a good read.

Great book with great advice!
Author Andy Molinsky really captures the essence of workplace challenges and offers very helpful strategies for stepping outside your comfort zone in order to adapt to new or difficult situations in one's career. The lessons of the book are valuable for life in general as well. Andy Molinsky's writing style is easy to follow and his use of real life examples really adds to the impact of the situations, strategies and behaviors discussed in the book. I highly recommend that anyone who is facing career or workplace challenges that cause discomfort or lack of confidence, read this book.

Pretty good book.
I read this for a mentoring book club thing we have at work and it was a good book. It resonated with me. With any self-help book you have to have the right mind set and be open to seeing your blind spots. I think this book has the potential to help people get out of their shell if they will allow it.

This is an exceptionally well-written book and I highly recommend it.
I just finished reading Andy Molinksy's recent book called "REACH" and am very impressed. Andy captures so many of the issues I've been concerned about in my 30 years as a CEO and the last 10+ years as an international leadership coach. 80% of my coaching practice is with nonprofit leaders, many of whom struggle with integrating their comfort zones with the challenges they face as leaders. Andy has captured the essence of these challenges and provides a clear pathway for moving forwards. This is an exceptionally well-written book and I highly recommend it.

Okay but redundant
If I could give this 2.5 stars I would. It did contain a small number of principles that can be helpful to "reach" beyond your comfort zone. However, the author uses the same 4-5 "real world examples" to illustrate each of those principles. Additionally, the "real world examples" seem more theoretical than actual real world applications. The author being a college professor and speaker it is not surprising the book is lacking real world applications. That being said, if you do want to reach outside your comfort zone, reading this book will not hurt your effort

Will help you push your boundaries and get where you need to be
Reach has been written to speak to all of us that struggle with ... anything. Throughout the book the author provides us with fairly clear steps we can take to push out in to those tasks which make us feel uncomfortable.

Amazing book with practical tips to reach out of your comfort zone
I bought this book after hearing Andy on an interview. It's an amazing book, filled with strategies to grow outside your comfort zone and knowing when to do it. A refreshing and practical perspective with a nice worksheet at the end of the book to put it all into practice.

Facile
Written by a professor with prose suitable for ten year-olds. This hasn’t crossed the Atlantic well.
