Nature’s Way Alive! Teen Gummy Multivitamin for Him, Fruit Punch Flavored

After thinking I found the perfect vitamin for my 13 year old, I then got nervous reading reviews and seeing others' photos, since (I agree) the gummies themselves didn't seem too palatable....But, my son LOVES them! On first look, he wasn't too thrilled, but once he tasted them he enjoyed them a lot. Yes, enjoyed. He said they tasted better than candy and wanted to have several more. I put the limit at the standard dose, of course, but was so relieved he actually likes them and could tolerate them. He not only is a picky eater/taster, like most children, but he also has a history of g.i. issues and these didn't bother him at all. He even wanted me to try them and I advised him I couldn't as they are meant for teenaged boys, which I love, by the way. Most vitamins for teens don't always seem to differentiate, but having a supplement specific to him and his body at this stage in life just feels really comprehensive and proactive for keeping him healthy as he grows throughout the teenage years. I will undoubtedly continue buying these.Only 2 cons to speak of that I wish could be resolved. 1, I compared the nutrition label to that of One A Day Teen, since we had a bottle here already, and while there are several inclusions in this supplement missing from the One A Day (namely, Zinc, and a few others), the mg counts of the main vitamins were also mostly lower than the other brand, and with the case of vitamin c, for example, by a lot (by about 300 mg). The only explanation I have is maybe that brand wasn't gender-specific and if so, would account for the different amounts? Not sure. But anyway, it's worth mentioning but not a deterrent for purchasing. What is, though, is that there are only 50 in a bottle and the daily dose is 2. For the price, these don't even last a full month. That also differs from the other brand, whose count is 60. That definitely should be improved. Otherwise, all good!

My sons didn’t like the taste. I tried them too and they arnt as sweat as other vitamins but not bad.

I just bought these so my son just started them today. The smell is initially gross when you open them. But the taste isn't bad. My son likes them and he is very picky. The reason I bought them is because I asked my pharmacist and long time friend what vitamins my kids and I should take and she recommended alive because it's more all natural.

My son doesn't like the taste of these. He mentioned they taste like carrots.

As a mother, I am always looking for the perfect multivitamin for my teenage son. And Nature's Way Alive! Teen Gummy Multivitamin for Him have been amazing. The Lutemax 2020 and the full B-vitamin complex are just what my son needs to stay healthy and active. However, he would prefer different flavors, and it would be great if they included probiotics. Lastly, the sugar content is a bit higher than I'd like but overall it’s a win because he doesn’t mind taking them.

I've used Alive vitamin products for years now and been very happy them, which is why I ordered five bottles of these Alive Teen Multi for Him, even having never tried it before. (I bought five because I have five teenage sons and wanted a month's worth.) Though I've bought and used Alive Women's Energy, Alive Men's Energy, Alive Max Potency, and Alive Hair, Skin, and Nails, I've never bought or tried any Alive GUMMY products until now.I have no reason to believe these Teen vitamins aren't the same quality and effectiveness of the other Alive products, but that, unfortunately, is irrelevant, as not one of my five teenage sons (aged 13-18) can stand the awful taste of these! Ok, these are TEENAGE BOYS, who will eat anything that's not nailed down, particularly if it has a candy-like quality. Not wanting Mom to have wasted money, two of my boys have been swallowing them whole, but the other three literally can't stomach them, becoming nauseated, and even gagging just at the smell. We've used Children's and Teens gummy vitamins of other brands and never had a problem.I'd definitely hesitate to try any other Alive gummy in the future!

I'm the vitamins are good. Helpful even. But oh boy, they stink! And judging by the look on my 15 year olds face when he chews one, they're quite disgusting. :-O Might need a chaser for afterward! ;-)

I bought this for my son to have and he is okay with them. He doesn't like to swallow pills and I understand. So I buy this and no complaints.
