Perfect Fit
Our household relies on our washer daily. The closing/locking latch suddenly broke on our front load washer. After some research, we found the part on Amazon. It arrived in 2 days. Was able to fix my washer so we could do laundry again. Piece was cheap enough. Installation was easy - I could do it on my own. Price was a lot cheaper than a service call!!

fixed the washing machine ourselves
This part broke on our machine and was stuck in the connecting piece on the machine, so we were able to do 2 more loads while the broken off piece tricked the machine into thinking it was locked, with the door duct taped close. Then the piece worked loose. We only had to replace this part and did not have to replace the part it hooks into. Watch some YouTube videos on installation and you will be able to fix it yourself with the new part.

Decent product. Doesn't seem as natural of a fit as the original but will be nice to have a backup if the original gets worse.
