Works great, helps releive pain, had trouble with remote as it also kept turning my tv on and off. So we just program by hand until we can figure that out. The whole family uses it after a hectic day.

When I finally received it I was super excited to use it but when I used it I was extremely disappointed. After I put it together I put batteries in the remote control and it didn’t work with the machine but worked perfectly with the t.v. so that was a fail. I used it manually and the machine wouldn’t stop unless I turned off the switch while I was on the machine. Almost fell off and injured myself. It’s very unfortunate but for the cost of over $100 everything should work. Had to return

First it is quieter than expected. Vibration is variable low to high with a remote. I weigh over 300lbs and did not strain it. When I first tried this platform I only lasted about a minute, bit felt relief in my joints. After a week I was up to 5-8 minutes. Up to this I was wearing a knee brace 5 days a week. So far in last three weeks only needed it once due to lifting some things. When I am at home if achy or muscles cramping I step on up, turn it on and it reduces the pain. I feel well worth the money.

The movement of the machine is moderate but adequate for my needs. However, it appears I am not the first to discover that the remote control that came with this vibration plate does not work.

My products remote control doesn’t work even with new batteries it is hard to bend at this moment to set it on what I want would like company to send me a new remote

Remote works sometimes. Great to reduce pain from standing and walking at work all day. Wish it had a little more heftier vibration capability

I use this every day for 10-15 minutes to help tone muscles
