I am very upset i ordered this for my boyfriend his mom passed away this year and its his first christmas spent without his mom i got it on the 30th he wore it not even 2 full days and the picture already looks horrible the pictures im adding to this the first one was the day i recieved it the second ond was taken today and he hasnt even worn it today because of how bad the picture looks! Im so madEdit: i got in contact with the company and they sent out a replacement i got it in the mail today!! There customer service was excellent in fixing the matter

I wasn't able to create a saying like the one pictured- the space provided didn't allow it for some reason. However the finished picture was very finely detailed. Pretty remarkable how intricate the picture actually looked- I will definitely get another for myself and other family members.

I received my dad’s necklace today and I love it! The picture and engraving are beautifully placed on the dog tag. I cried when I opened it. Craftsmanship was amazing and it came super quick in the mail. Thanks again!

I wrote them because what I wanted on the necklace wouldn’t fit with the length restrictions. They accommodated my wishes and it’s everything I wanted. It is a wonderful keepsake. I do with the heart was more hollow so more ashes could be kept in it, but I suppose it would weaken the metal. It is perfect for my needs. Thank you!

I was worried the photo wouldn't come out great but boy was I surprised. I couldn't have been happier with the finished product and my sister absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!
