What can one say? One of the finest albums of the eighties with a superb band and one of the great female voices - Mimi Goese. Don't miss out on Drum either or Mimi's superb eponymous Luka Bop album , which shows she has lost nothing with the passage of time.....

One of the best albums. Ever.

By pure chance a work colleague mentioned this band to me, and I sure am glad. What immediately strikes the listener about this album is it's fresh and authentic sound. This authenticity is a result of having two bassists and a violinist - completely progressive and forward-thinking.What also adds yet more distinction is the vocals of one Mimi Goese, a truly unique vocalist whose vocals flow dreamily from the speakers with elegance. Add to that wonderfully pure, unpretentious, childlike lyrics of fantasy and wonder and what you have is a bona fide classic of alternative music. Sadly, this band only made just two albums. Not many people know about this band, and I like it that way. They are my special and flawlessly-cut secret diamond.
