power uplifting and inspiring, my daughter absolutely loved reading about all the accomplishments and inspired her to do more things and take risks and accept a challenge

I only have sons, so I bought this book for my 7 year old niece. I hear she loved it!

Inspiring book for children young or old!

My daughter loves this book! While I think the cover is missing the high contrast eye catching cover that the boys version has, it's still a beautiful and sturdy cover. I wish there was more to the illustrations, as they are a little lacking given the age range the stories seem to be geared for. The stories themselves are inspiring and exciting. They bring out a curiosity in my daughter that causes her to ask questions and learn more. I will be adding this book into our homeschool curriculum!

I liked the various people described in the book. Ordinary people letting God use them mightily. Very inspiring for girls and let them know it is good to follow their dreams. In these days and times, with God, there is almost nothing one can't strive to achieve. This book lets the girls know that they can reach for the very star they have their eyes on but must put GOD first. I gave it a 4 star because 30 wasn't enough.

I am overwhelmed and inspired on this treasure of this book:*I love the art work* I truly am overwhelmed and inspired because there are a lack of Godly role models for girls, that empowers them to be courageous and live a life devoted to Christ.* For example, "What if you lived in a time when women could not teach the Bible ?"(p. 23, 2019) Catherine Booth obeyed the Lord with her husband's support shared the Gospel in a time when women did not do that. She wrote books and served the Lord with her husband William to help people spiritually and practically.* Girls need desperately to be empowered to grow be strong women of God.* This book will have a good effect on girls.* Its a short devotional before bed and a prayer that ties to the story.* Highly recommend that you keep one and gift one to another!

This is a great book to buy for any young or older girl that you want to inspire. The short stories about women empowerment and dedication are great way to show girls their worth and that girls can do anything. The women in this book shaped so much of our world and history and I find the stories about them to be very encouraging and age appropriate. This would be a great book for teachers to have in their classrooms to educate students with. I got this book for my daughter but I have already encouraged my son to read it as well because it displays women in such an heroic and positive light and I want him to know that women are valued much as men. The fact that this is a Christian based book makes it even more awesome!

Absolutely loved this book!! I shared this book with my granddaughter who is six years old...I read her three of the stories in this book...although some of the words were above her level, it provided a forum whereby she questioned content such as slavery and I could explain it to her on her level. I finished all 30 stories and must admit that some of these women I had never heard about...it was very educational and inspiring to me also. My granddaughter and I will definitely read a few stories from this book at every one of our visits!It was so awesome that these women, with God’s help stood up for what they believed in and accomplished so many things that were important to many people. I definitely recommend this book!

Absolutely love this book! I had ordered a different girls bedtime book but was a little disappointed in some of the stories chosen. This one is awesome! While I haven’t yet read every story, the stories point girls to women who have made a difference while honouring God.
