This is my favourite fruit spread. I love blueberries which are my favourite fruit and I eat them fresh every day as well as eating them in this spread. I buy fruit spread instead of jam as it contains no refined sugar or indeed any artificial sweeteners. I have this spread on toast every day for breakfast. I always buy a multipack on Amazon as it has proved impossible to buy it in local supermarkets. It tastes delicious. All of the St Dalfour fruit spreads are delicious and are more healthy than jam. This pack of 4 is really good value and I buy it on a regular basis.
