just what i need. I am happy that it can be used as either hot or old compress.

Easy to use either from freezer or microwave, how’re would benefit from a towering cover so it don’t damage skin

Takes longer to heat than it says to. But works fine & hold heat for a while.

A fault of my own for not realising but I thought this ice pack came with a strap but turned out to be the bra strap on the picture haha. Still a decent purchase

No impressed! A well made pad but it's too thick to be affective. My body is rounded not straight so a thicker pad is more difficult to fix to my body. Being thicker meant it took longer to cool down in the fridge. It's a shame because I liked the quality and price.

This is so handy to have. I get a sore a shoulder quit often do to sleeping on one side more then I should. This guy gets perfectly warm in 2 minutes in the microwave. It hasn't burnt me and it gets cold in an hour. It's very comfortable and bendy as well. I just put it under my bra shoulder strap to keep it in place to help my sore muscle. I love the color too! :)

Amazing ice pack! Such good quality and even comes with a bag to keep it in while in the fridge/freezer so it doesn’t start to smell! Stays soft and works amazing. Highly recommend this!!

Durable. Unlike other brands that will pop after daily use ect! This is excellent and it doesn’t get too cold or too hot!

I love it! I have two. They last long into the night and they help with migraines. Always a plus. :)
