I've never worn anything like this, but I was desperate to look good in my little black dress for an event. The first time I tried this on, it took me 15 minutes and I strained my hand. The trick is to hook it at your smallest diameter area and slide it down as you get it fastened. I am sure this won't help me lose any of my fat, but it was certainly a wake-up call about how much too much of ME there is!! I was able to wear this for about 3 hours and was grateful to take it off as soon as I got home, but I did feel awesome that I didn't have to worry about bulges and holding my stomach in all evening. Considering the amount of force required to squeeze my fat in, the thing was quite comfortable, it didn't slide up or down, didn't split open or come unfastened. There is no way any other shapewear that slides on could compete with the hook fasteners because at least with my body I wouldn't be able to slide anything that tight over my hips, shoulders, boobs, etc. I felt like I was back in the 1800's with this contraption. It is stowed away until I have another event where I have to look streamlined...and in the mean time I'm going to slim down so there won't be so much effort required on the part of this garment. I applaud the manufacturer for making something so incredibly sturdy and reasonably comfortable. Do wash it and air-dry before wearing it. Washing softens it up slightly and gets rid of chemicals that were slightly itchy.

Tight enough to shape you, it won’t make you sweat but will make you look smaller. I like that I’m able to breathe and wear it all day. I’m a size 10 and bought a medium.

The size chart and reviews were mixed measurements so I went for the small. When I opened the package I thought I made a big mistake on the sizing as it only went half around me. I requested a refund.The next day I tried it again and pulled it harder this time and I was surprised that I was actually able to get the hooks to fasten on the loosest row starting from the bottom up. I wore it for 4 hours comfortably that day and today wore it for 9 hours today (including 7 miles biking outdoors). It is snug but not suffocating. With the waist trainer my waist measured 32”.(Dealer...If you’re reading this, you can go ahead and retract my refund.)

I’m 5’4, 150 pounds and my waist is about 26 inches. I ordered a small because I was expecting it to run a little small but I should have ordered an extra small! If your on the slimmer side, definitely stick to the size chart! It’s great material , not itchy so you can get away with wearing it all day. And I do appreciate the length because it comfortably can sit below your hips without riding up at the bottom through out the day. I will be getting another in a smaller size to cinch my waist even more. Love it💕

Considering it's a waist trainer, it is comfortable. Takes a while to put on, which is good -- don't want it to go on too easily.Once it's on, though, I don't feel like the trainer's hooks is going to pop from the pressure. I feel secure and comfortable.And I do sleep with it on with no problem. It does feel hot when I am sleeping with it on, but I prefer feeling warm over cool at night, so it's fine with me.I recommend it for a waist cincher/slimmer/trainer. It does not extend far down enough to give give tummy control.For the cost of this trainer, it is a tremendous value. Very well-made. I recommend it.EDIT: It does control the tummy. You just have to pull it down. I was wearing it too high.

The fit and feel is perfect! Honestly wish I got this product for my wife right after she had our baby girl. We tried so many products and hated them and she loves wearing this all day long without issues. We sized down (she’s now an M we got an S) and it’s perfect!!!!

This thing is amazing! I bought this one and a $75 one and the more expensive option was too hard to fasten, uncomfortable, didn't fit. This one is perfect! I am amazed by how much slimmer I look. I am so relieved to have found a way to hide my belly when I wear my wedding dress. It's stretchy and comfortable but holds your shape wonderfully.Update: When buying my 14 year old daughter's dress for the wedding, we couldn't try it on and it ended up being too tight. I ordered her a Nebility waist cincher a size smaller than mine and she was so excited. She's pretty slim, but she was just amazed at how it accentuated her curves. These really noisy confidence!
