I’ve had this banneton for a few days now and I love it. It’s much easier to use than having to line a bowl with a towel.The lame includes blades, a leather cover for the blade in use (this comes in handy). Whichever pattern I choose to decorate my bread, the bread lame will help me achieve great results.I haven’t had a single issue with my dough sticking to the banneton.

Just received this in the mail. It is quite beautiful, haven't made bread in it yet, but the shape, the quality, and the wood handle on the scraper and the scoring lame are very nice too. Can't wait to make more bread this weekend.

I really like round bread banneton set that I ordered. I just started making sourdough bread. This set is perfect for assisting me in the process! I really appreciate having a tool that helps me keep the dough from sticking to my hands big time! The banneton is the perfect size for making a loaf of bread. It helps to have a removal cover for the bowl that you can wash.

with the cloth liners these allow for easy release when it's time for bread to be baked.....reasonably sturdy

Being a novice, I bought this kit to get my bread making started. While I have chosen to obtain a different bread lame and dough scraper to suit my personal preference, this is a good startup set.

Used this only once, but the banneton worked well. I loved the bread lame and how we can get other single blades when necessary. All in all a very nice kit. Would have loved a cloth bag for everything but am happy with what I got.

Very cute little set of baker's tools with everything you need to make artisan bread.The proving basket is a pretty decent size, you could make some largish doughs in there if you wanted to and in inclusion of a linen liner is nice too, lets you do more freeform boules instead of being defined by the shape of the basket.The lame is fairly short, and bent at one end, so you've got better control while scoring the dough. The bench scraper is nice to use aswell, the handle had a smaller body than others I have, which I like as sometimes these can be quite clunky. It's even got a small hole if you wanted to hang it up but you'd have to be a bit more serious than me to do that!

Bought this as a present for the sister in law and she loves it.She does loads of baking and this is her first basket and has so far used this 3 times, I will put some photos on when she sends them.The dough cutter feels professional, the whole set feels premium and will be getting one for myself, didn't realise a set of this quality would be available for this price, more than good value for money, got more than what I paid for.Very sturdy and easy to use.

I have got into baking during the past few weeks. Without a baking tin I have been able to bake free standing bloomers with ~64% water.With a loaf tin I’m able to bake the similar hydration.I’ve been wanting to be able to make higher hydration bread. And this is where this basket comes in. Perfect size for ~500g flour loafs of bread. Basket is sturdy and seems like it will last. With such we dough, it’s important to use a very sharp razer to score the top, this package come with a few really sharp ones.Can’t wait to try sour dough next!

A high quality product. The basket gives great shape for a big loaf. It is well crafted and you can use it with and without cloth. I used it without the cloth to start with which gave a very nice shape, and different to the low value baskets I did not have to worry about splints as the surface is very smooth and no breakages. It comes in a set with a scraper and a knife, both very solid. Will try the knife for the next bake.

As an avid bread maker, I have several oblong banneton’s but was looking out for a family sized round one. I ordered one previously and the quality was shocking. This is excellent. It also comes with a really good dough cutter and lame. So a great package and good value. Easy to clean and does exactly what I needed it to do.
