AmorWing Natural Obsidian and Lotus Seed Buddhist Prayer Beads Tibetan Mala Necklace Bracelet

My sister is a Christian and I left the faith many years ago. I've been viewed with disdain as I now practice yoga and trantra. I bought these for her as a Christmas gift. The quality of the obsidian is near pure, the lotus beads add a flair of authenticity and with weightiness of it makes if feel like something rooted in an earthly vibration. She absolutely loved them and put them on immediately. She inquired to the number of beads and their representation and I explained that they are simply used to count. Whether it's the breath or a prayer. She seemed satisfied and now often wears a piece of the Yoga heritage. This also helped her to begin to see the beauty of the Hindu/Yoga heritage and she has since asked me many questions because of all the people that recognize the importance of her mala. The people that are drawn into her life because of this mala have all been warm hearted and of good intention. Her perception of me and my affinity towards yoga has begun to shift.

This is such a pretty bracelet.. It's about 33" long and though it's great for a necklace for me, it's too long to wrap around my wrist as a bracelet - 4 wraps is too loose and 5 wraps is stretching the cord too tight. AmorWing offered to make a special one a little shorter to fit me!! How awesome is that?? My experience with their customer service has been absolutely outstanding. Very fast response times to questions and now to make a special one for me is beyond great. PLUS, they said just keep the first one - so I'll use it as a necklace. I received this mala in just 4 days after I place the order. this gorgeous mala arrived in a beautiful gift box. I was truly impressed. I collect crystals and my hobby is beading so I recognize quality in crystals. The lotus beads, tiger eye, and obsidian were all high grade specimens but the Obsidian beads were quite stunning. They had a very high gloss and the sheen was exceptionally clear. The colors were lovely from the silver sheen, green, rainbow and even dark lavender. the silver detailing and the brass inlay guru bead added to the beauty of this piece. this mala is strung on a black elastic cord. I'm not sure how resilient this cord is but it certainly adds to the comfort particularly if you are wrapping it around your wrist as a bracelet

I am giving them an excellent review because I really like the bracelet and they went out of their way to accommodate me. When I received my first set of the mala beads, I had to email the company (AmorWing) because I couldn't figure out how to wrap my bracelet to fit my small wrist. Along with AmorWing's rep, we figured out that the bracelet was probably too large and after measuring my wrist, they figured out how to make me a smaller one. Not only did they send me a new set of beads that fits great, but they allowed me to keep the old one. Now that's customer service! They went out of their way to be helpful and get it right. Very refreshing in this day and age.

I am very pleased with these prayer beads . The quality is nice with shiny, smooth Black Obsidian beads and deep Tigers Eye stones . All the stones and beads are crafted nicely and easy to wrap around wrist. They are smooth enough where they don't pinch or pull on your skin. I am very pleased.

Really loved this, but again way too big and the stretchy string seems to be too stretchy. Hated too, but had to return. Again, it would be great if you could make the jewelry by individual wrist size. Thanks for your letter.

AmorWing needs to find a way to secure the knots at the end of the strings...they easily come untied and you lose the beads. I recommend adding glue to the knots so they remain secure.

These Mala beads were a gift to one of the bridesmaids in my wife and my wedding this past weekend. She is totally in love with the craftsmanship of this piece. The beads are smooth and are easy to manipulate while in prayer. I would definitely purchase more from this seller, as it came quickly and was exactly as described.
