Bought this originally for my husband who was undergoing a procedure where he'd need to ice an awkward and delicate place frequently for 5-7 days 😅 A normal gel like ice pack wasn't going to do it. Especially as we'd likely need a few to keep rotating them through the freezer, and they were about the same price as this. I bought the 12cm one, and it was perfect.I took the advice from someone else's review to add some water to the ice pack to help it conform to those odd places you need to ice - like a knee or elbow etc - and if you add a little bit of salt, this thing keeps things cold for hours! I was more concerned that it would leak, especially because it was going to be partially sat on, but it doesn't build up condensation on the outside, and even while fairly full (our mistake until we figured out how much ice he needed in the pack for comfort) it didn't leak at all. We have a toddler, so this will be reused countless times I'm sure. But even if not, it was far more economical, convenient and comfortable to use than a typical gel ice pack, so we definitely got our moneys worth.

A much better solution for icing injuries than just wrapping a bunch of ice cubes in a tea towel! Can also be used for a warm compress.

Used after my nose job for the swelling on my face and helped alot! Fits alot of ice and stays cool for awhile !

It's very handy ice bag, useful for keeping ice cold and protect your skin from wetness while using it for pain relief. I did expect for it to be slightly bigger as it's more or less the same size of my hand but it's still very useful. I left it overnight to test if it's waterproof and the bag did not leak as the ice melted and kept all the remaining water inside. I'm very happy with it, suggested if you want a small bag easy to store and very portable.

This ice pack is perfect for specific pain relief and easy to freeze and use.

We got the midsize and it’s perfect, definitely be buying more soon. Unlike others I’ve tried this one didn’t get painfully cold but kept a great temp for ages!

Much better than anticipated. I have very large ice cube moulds, but by only filling them halfway the cubes go in the opening OK. Appears to be strong material. Good price. UPDATE. Wrote above before I had cause to use it. Badly damaged foot ankle to toes in accident and needed cold compresses. Took ages for coldness to penetrate material and very awkward to keep in place unless you are able to hold it, eg on head or neck etc. will have to do bit more research

I suffer from migraines and like to try out new ice packs to see what works the best. I love this one! The size I got is perfect. It fits just enough that it lays comfortably on my head. I’ve had no problems with it leaking and it stays cold for a while. The design is very cute. Although I never want to have to use an Icepack, I enjoy using this one.

I bought this ice bag because they were out of stock on the regular ones I buy. I suffer from migraines due to a brain tumour and need ice morning, noon, evening and through the night. It really didn’t matter about the patterns on the ice bags, I just needed 11” ones. These are so fantastic I bought 2 more for later use just in case they discontinue them. Best ice bag I have ever bought. When the ice finally all melts, even the water stays cold. No leaks at all. Love, love, love this brand, won’t be going back to my old brand that leaked all the time and the ice melted in 1/2 the time. Great product, worth every penny.

I have almost gross swelling in my foot and both of knees. I first bought 2 of these straps and 2 ice bags. I can't tell you how much I love these straps and how versatile they are. You can pretty much wrap any appendage on your body with these straps with or without using an ice bag with it. The velcro holds strong where you put it plus you have the option to use an ice bag with it if needed. I can put ice bags on my swollen knees and still work around the house. The ice bag won't slip out of place. If you need heat fill the bag with hot water so it's like wearing a heating pad with a cord to contend with. Finally a way to treat your aches and pains but not be stuck sitting in bed or couch. I went back and bought two more of these straps. You can wrap them on most size aches be it your knees, ankle, elbow or head. I recommend them whole heartedly. Great produce and about time for one.

I bought it for when my kids have fever. I've tried using wet towels but they get warm too fast and going constantly to the sink to refresh them is a hassle.This bag has a perfect size to be kept on the forehead. One of my kids got sick just a couple of days after I received it and it has been a lifesaver. My other kid got sick shortly after so my only regret is that I didn't order a few more.
