It works.
Bought a DR650 and after taking off road I noticed a little drip of fork oil. I saw a video on one of these tools and decided for the money it couldn’t hurt to try. I bought some fork cleaner along with it and after a short amount time had the forks cleaned and put the dust seals back in place. Has been over a month now and no drips. Great product !

Just a piece of plastic
This is just a thin piece if plastic. You could really get anything to perform the function of this. Did not work for me. If your issue was caused by some dirt/debris it MIGHT work to reseal the fork seals. Save your money...not worth it

Great product for money!!
Product actually worked!! Seals leaked bad on my bike took several tries but actually did clean the seals and no more leaking

It is true, it works.
For what you get it is pricey. For what it does it is worth it. I guess you could use some old 35mm film but this fits in my tool box easy enough and it's color makes it easy to find. I used it the first time on a KTM 1290 Super adventure and it worked very well. Some oil will spill but if you're aware and have a rag protecting brake calipers and pads it is a non issue. I do recommend this product to anyone who gets in dusty and muddy conditions. It will save you an early fork seal repair. Honest Opinion.

Best $10 I ever spent
I am so thankful this thing worked like it said it would I was worried I was going to have to replace my fork seals which is a big huge pain in the butt

Try this before spending the big $$ on replacing seals
I tried this first before tearing my forks apart at the beginning of the already short riding season and wasting precious ‘seat time’. It’s an inexpensive thing to try. It worked for me! Glad I spent the 12 bucks

Well worth it
Used it on my buddies bike and it worked perfectly. Pulled the dust cap pushed it up past the seal turned it twice pulled out of the dirt and it never leaked again going on three weeks now

Doesn't really work
The idea was simple, but unfortunately, doesn't really reseal the oil seal on the front fork.

overpriced, but does the job
10 bucks for a thin piece of vinyl? oh well at least it did the job and my seals don't need replacement (yet)...

Great!
Expensive for what it is but the alternative of rebuilding forks would have been 40 times more . Fixed my leaks . Love it!
