A little smaller than our last one
This is a little smaller than our last one, if you are about 90kg like me then best not to purchase this and get a heavier duty one, this is for wife and daughter so it is strong enough for them.Great exercise to tone up stomach muscles.My own has elasticated handles for arm workouts which this does not have.
