Not for me.
I am diabetic so looking for sugar alternatives. I bought this just to try it out. It was not for me. Tough getting a sugar substitute and this may be for you. I just didn't care for it. I have been using stevia which has this in it, but I like it better and my sugar numbers have been stable with it.
