These are expensive compared to other brands, but the Med-Choice Artiflex padding is by far the best. They are softer but also much stronger.

You'll know the uses of this product if you need it. I was greatly relieved to discover the caliber of material is first rate. Delivery? Fast!

Haven't received mine yet, but using the same product given me by my doctor's office, and I love the soft feel. This is a soft non-stretch cotton that is a bit too fluffy and sheds cotton fluff a good deal (it's exactly like owning a long-haired cat!), you need to put it on your leg outside the stockinette bandage and under the elastic compression bandage for your lympadema regimen. I gently hand-wash these bandages in the sink and they remain clean and useable after multiple uses (but don't put it in the washer!) A necessary part of a lympadema bandage regimen, good for padding things like gauze wrapping over open cellulitis wounds being wrapped (like me), or if you find the elastic compression bandage irritating without some padding.
