The water flosser is great. I bought it due to bleeding gums and the fact I didn't want to pay the dentist £64 for a deep clean they quoted for gum disease. The water flosser worked a treat and I now no longer have bleeding gums. As others have said it takes a while to master as it's easy to end up with a bathroom floor covered with water. Use you tube to find a video on it as there are some good tutorials you can view to get the hang of it. If you have bleeding gums they will get worse for a few days before improving but keep with it. Set on the soft setting to start. I'm impressed with the flosser and have already recommended it to my parents. Even at twice the price I paid I would buy it again as I'd still pay less than the dentists and I can use it as much as I like.

Bought this to replace a well known (expensive) UK brand, when it failed after many years. Needed to be sure that I could buy replacement tips, in particular the 'bristle nozzle', so I emailed the Company, who are based in China. I was amazed to receive a reply from Gloria in Customer Service within 30 minutes! Excellent Customer support. Anyway, the tip I need is available as a spare, so that sealed the deal, and I bought the flosser. I have only used it a few times, but I am satisfied that I've bought a good product that works. Takes a bit of getting used to (keep your fingers away from the ON/OFF button whilst using). As regards battery life, time will tell. Thank you Liberex & thank you Gloria..

I didn’t believe this would honestly be as good as advertised. It’s simple to set up. The heads are easy to insert. It is a little tricky when using & I pretty much got soaked when first using! I use the periodontal brush head due to having periodontitis. The different mode settings are very good & once you get used to using it, it is very simple but effective. I have read reviews saying that ppl feel they no longer need to go to the dentist after using this, I do not condone this as the water flosser used by hygienists is way more powerful & they are trained to be able to do this effectively. What I have found is that it is pain free (flossing/interdental brushes can hurt) when I’ve used them in the past which puts me off flossing & hence my gums/teeth suffered. I have noticed that my mouth feels fresher when I have used it & I use it alongside my regular oral routine before bed. For the price, I am happy & would recommend.

Great little gadget for flossing teeth. Lovely fresh feeling in mouth after use. Very easy to use and has 3 settings for Normal, Soft and Pulse. Pulse gives gums a lovely massage. Would definitely recommendI did have a problem with it after a couple of months it started to switch off after a few seconds repeatedly so I contacted Liberex and they replaced it for me straight away. Liberex gets my vote of confidence so be assured if something goes wrong they will sort it out for you.

I like that it works straight away, my gums bled slightly but they always did when trying to floss, it really does jet the water fast, if like me your dentist keep cleaning your teeth this might just prevent them grinding your teeth away yuck, it can't do teeth any good at dentist taking all the layer off so I bought this instead. We'll see what dentist say next time now.

Had it for less than a month and has completely stopped working. Had one full charge when it was received and worked fine, charged it for the second time and first time using it the buttons stopped working and wouldn’t turn off, when it eventually did turn off the buttons now do not work at all. DO NOT BUY!!! I’ve no idea how I go about getting a refund, I’m being sent round in circles

I ma really happy with the product so far. The water pressure is strong enough in normal mode and the soft mode allows for a nice gum massage. The water tank is big and provides enough water to allow for good and thorough flossing. In case you have sensitive teeth (I have two), use warm water - I found the sensitivity was triggered by cold water and not by the pressure. I strongly advice to use filtered water to avoid scaling.

This is a second flosser purchased recently hoping it would be of a better quality. After first use it keeps turning itself on and off (exactly as the one I had from a different brand). These items are either not waterproof or faulty. In future I would rather purchase from a renowned brand.
