It's pretty good but if you don't drink it all within like 5 minutes or less you'll be left with a lot of grainy chunky bits at the end which isn't always super appealing

Not a bad product, but Swiss Miss (SM) is better if comparing the two. Problem is the contents - not enough of it. Brooklyn milk chocolate tastes slightly watered-down when compared to Swiss Miss (you can see when using a Keurig there isn't enough product in the K cup). I would buy Brooklyn again. But the product doesn't leave me wanting more (like Swiss Miss). It's like a Mercedes and BMW car. Most would prefer the Mercedes (SM), but would settle for the BMW (Brooklyn) if the Mercedes wasn't available.

Liked the taste, but the pods are too thick for my coffee maker. We opened the pods and mixed it with hot water, but won't buy it again.

These K-Cups are hard to find in any grocery or specialty stores but Amazon has them at a reasonable price. I order them several times a year.

Been searching for a good product and finally found it with these. K cup is totally empty of product after water goes through. Others still have half the product or more left unused remaining in the cup. The flavor is rich and unbelievable. Highly suggest !!!!,

I like that it’s dark chocolate. It’s very good and add some whipped cream to make a great drink.

Good dark chocolate flavor after I get it all out. After I run it through my Kruig I still have to scoop out ¼" of chocolate from the bottom of the "cup". It rarely empties. Great flavor though. And no store around me carries dark chocolate in any form. Having it for a Kruig ma k es it really convenient.
